1.5 oz. mezcal

1 oz. grapefruit juice

0.5 oz. lime juice

0.75 oz. simple syrup

3 dashes angostura bitter


Lime wedge


Shake first five ingredients with ice and strain into a coup glass, then float champagne on top. Garnish with a lime wedge.
