Carmel police are searching for a woman who attempted to push a shopping cart full of items out of Target on Michigan Road without paying at approximately 7:30 p.m. May 29. She fled on foot after a Target employee approached her.
The suspect is described as a heavyset white female with blonde hair in a ponytail wearing a black tank top and black pants. She fled the scene in a black Ford four-door sedan with missing hubcaps.
