Six Hamilton County 4-H Junior Leaders attended the Indiana 4-H Youth and Adult Congress Oct. 3 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis. During 4-H Congress, delegates participated in three leadership development skill sessions, each focused on one of three 4-H Mission Areas: Citizenship, Science, and Healthy Living. Recipients of the 2015 4-H Accomplishment Scholarships were recognized at a special luncheon. Brittany Mayfield, Noblesville, received $1,000 Leadership Development Scholarship.
