Carmel Clay Schools recently celebrated the opening of its two new elementary buildings with ribbon-cutting ceremonies. A ribbon-cutting ceremony for Clay Center Elementary was held Oct. 20, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Carmel Elementary held Oct. 21. Both schools opened at the beginning of the 2021-22 school year.
