Residential trash, recycling service won’t be available in Carmel Feb. 16 

The City of Carmel residential trash and recycling service will be suspended Feb. 16 because of winter weather. Service will resume on Feb. 17 and will run on a one-day delay for the rest of the week ending with normal Friday service taking place on Saturday.
