In an effort to embody what Fishers means, the City of Fishers has launched a new lifestyle blog, thisisfishers.com.
The blog showcases how Fishers residents live, work, learn and play in the community. It features unique voices and stories of residents, businesses, community groups and schools.
Blog posts will feature entertainment, arts and culture, food and drinks, recreation, local businesses and the stories of Fishers residents. The site also includes a comprehensive calendar for community events.
Local organizations and businesses can submit events to the community calendar.
Current blog posts include “A Day in the Life at the Fishers AgriPark,” “My $100 Weekend in Fishers,” and “Fishers Blues Fest Bands Q&A.”
