Recipients of the 2019 Women Build Week Rahema and Michael Mugooovi, along with their six children, came to the United States after spending years in refugee camps after being forced to flee from their conflict-torn home in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Michael describes the hardships his family faced when displaced. The Women Build construction will take place between May and July.
