Gerlene F. Hare, 92, Noblesville, died Dec. 10 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born Feb. 29, 1924 to Willie and Molly (Price) Wright in Stanley, Va.
Gerlene worked as a cook at Firestone Cafeteria and enjoyed cooking, gardening, flowers and holidays.
She is survived by her daughters, Peggy L. Hudson and Delores Hooper, five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and three siblings.
In addition to her parents, Gerlene was preceded in death by three husbands, a grandchild and eight siblings.
