OneZone President Mo Merhoff said she never ceases to be amazed with technology developments.

“We thought it would be interesting to get some people who are right in the middle of that in technology thinking and see what haven’t we even thought of,” Merhoff said.

OneZone will host Technology Innovation You Can’t Imagine at its July 13 luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Forum Conference Center, 11313 USA Pkwy., Fishers.

Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness is attempting to make the city a center for entrepreneurs, Merhoff said.

“The incredible success of Launch Fishers is a testament to that,” she added.

Launch Fishers is a co-working space for entrepreneurs working on start-ups.

John Wechsler of Launch Fishers will introduce presentersJohn McDonald, CEO of Fishers-based CloudOne, Don Inmon and Matt MacBeth from Carmel-based pi lab, and Brent Oakley, CEO and co-founder of Fuzic Media.

“It is important for CloudOne to share our plan for the future, because our plan can directly impact the opportunities that other OneZone companies have as they work to innovate their business and their products,” McDonald said. “CloudOne works with companies in all industries to connect their data across their business and create their ideal (Internet of Things) solutions. By hearing the CloudOne story, we hope that more OneZone companies will begin thinking about their own innovation and outlining opportunities in the Internet of Things.”

Inmon and MacBeth created Edwin the Duck, an app-connected smart toy to help children learn.

Fuzic describes itself as a marketing platform empowering businesses with personality-branded radio stations, using professional DJs and a vast selection of genres.
