Randall K. Thompson, 57, Noblesville died Sept. 12 at his home after an extended illness. He was born on Oct. 19, 1957 to the late Rev. Ernest and Mahalia (Graves) Thompson in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Randy graduated from ISU with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. His 33-year career of adjusting insurance claims included several companies, with the last 14 years being with Pennsylvania Lumbermens as a large loss property adjuster. Randy had earned several professional designations throughout his career. He was a member of United Family Wesleyan Church of Cicero, Indiana, where he served on many different committees.

Randy was the “forever boyfriend” of his wife of 34 years, Jackie (Jones) Thompson; Devoted Father to Dustin Thompson (Meggan White); and proud Pawpaw to Lilliana, Linkoln, and Lukas. Other survivors include his sisters, Sondra Dooley (Eston) of Greenfield, and Linda Stroud (Charles) of Spiceland; aunt, Lillian Graves; cousin, Carl Graves; nieces & nephews, Scott Stroud (Allison), Marcia Landen (Stephen), Doug Stroud (Meggan), and Kent Stroud (Danielle); as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews.
