Rosetta Russell, 47, of Noblesville died July 28, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis. Born Dec. 30, 1966 in Jamestown, Ky., she was the daughter of Emanuel and Dollie (Jones) Wooten.
She married Ernest Russell on Jan. 8, 1985. She moved to Noblesville in 1988 and resided there for the remainder of her life.
She was diagnosed with a terminal illness two years ago and fought a hard battle. Her best friend was Shiloh (her favorite dog). Her favorite place to go was Anderson. Best of worst childhood memory was getting shot with a BB gun by her brother, Kenneth. Her favorite place to be was at home with her Ernie and puppy dogs.
Survivors include her husband, Ernest Russell; daughter, Christy Russell; grandchildren, Corey and Justin; sister, Juanita Lee; and brothers, Randall, Asa, Kenneth and Bobby Wooten.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. July 30 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with visitation from 10:30 a.m. to the time of service. The Rev. Stanley R. Sutton will officiate. Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery in Lapel.
