The Zotec Partners Ice Skadium in Carmel will transform itself into the stage of classic Broadway Sunday, May 5, at 1 p.m. as the Ice Skating Club of Indianapolis (ISCI) presents “Blades on Broadway.” Favorites such as “Mary Poppins,” “Chicago,” “Phantom of the Opera” and “Les Miserables” will come to life on the ice as all skating levels and team members of the Ice Skating Club of Indianapolis, the Ladies Coffee Club and the Learn to Skate Program showcase Broadway classic musicals.

“Throughout the years our community has been extremely supportive of our Learn to Skate Program and Ice Skating Club of Indianapolis,” said Marie Vichova Millikan, director of skating for the Zotec Partners Ice Skadium.  “Presenting this show of Broadway favorites is our way of saying thank you to all our patrons. “Blades on Broadway” will medley songs that will allow for our skaters to showcase their fantastic ability in a fun family atmosphere.”

Tickets are $10 for ages 18 and older and $5 for age 17 and under. All proceeds of the tickets sales, as well as the silent auction preceding the show, will support the Ice Skating Club of Indianapolis.   For more information about Blades on Broadway and ISCI sponsorship opportunities please visit www.skateisci.com.
