The Indiana State Dept. of Health today announced 642 additional Indiana residents have been diagnosed with COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus.
A total of 10,154 Indiana residents are known to have the virus following corrections to yesterday’s total.
At least 519 Hoosiers have died to date from the disease. Deaths are reported based on when data is received by the department and occurred over multiple days.
To date, 54,785 tests have been reported to the department, up from 51,115 on Thursday.
