Betty Jean (Rich) Chance, 87, of Westfield, died June 18. She was born in Crab Orchard, Ky., April 4, 1932, daughter of Dalton and Myrtle Rich.
Jean was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority. She also served as past president of the Westfield Woman’s Club.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by brothers Dalton and Billy Joe Rich.
Survivors include her devoted husband, Bob; stepchildren Michael (Anna), Eric (Dawn) and Teresa (Randy); aunt Bernice Owen; and stepgrandchildren Celeidh, Moira, Tosha, Sean and Trystin.
