** Update 10:10 a.m. — Alleged Noblesville West Middle School shooter in court now
David J. Moore, the alleged May 25 Noblesville West Middle School shooter is set to appear in court this morning and is expected to plead guilty.
A mix of Noblesville Schools students, district officials, including Supt. Beth Niedermeyer, Communications Director Marnie Cooke, NWMS principal Stacey Swan and NWMS nurse Megan Schlueter, and more lined the hallway into the courtroom at the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center in Noblesville.
The hearing was set to begin at 9 a.m.
