Ingredients:
1 oz. Plantation pineapple rum
.5 oz. simple syrup
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
3 mint sprigs
Club soda
Candied pineapple
Directions:
Shake the first four ingredients with ice and pour into a rocks glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with a candied pineapple.
