More than 60 vendors will be at the Zionsville Fall Festival selling a variety of commercial and arts and crafts items. Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 9 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 10.
Twenty commercial vendors will be inside the large tent, and many more will set up around it.
“A lot of the vendors have been there for years,” said Bonnie Kincaid, commercial vendor chair. “They do it year after year. A lot of it is repeat business.”
The arts and crafts vendors will be next to the entertainment tent adjacent to the commercial vendor area.
“Our arts and craft vendors are really artisans. They are hand-crafting items. We have jewelry vendors, wood-workers, home decor and clothing,” Arts and Crafts Vendor Chair Jill Reinhart said. “We’re looking for local talent to showcase what they do to our community. It’s an opportunity for the community to see what local artists are producing.”
The number of arts and crafts vendors is much smaller than the commercial vendors.
“It’s very easy if you want to come shop for the afternoon. You can come peruse arts and crafts and walk right over to commercial, or vice versa,” Reinhart said. “They run right into each other, but they still have a distinct separation.”
