A van fell onto the Zionsville Rail Trail near the intersection of Mulberry Street and Ford Road July 13, sending its driver to St. Vincent hospital. No one else was involved or injured.
The van was traveling westbound on Mulberry Street when it went veered off the road and went through a barricade. The accident happened near the construction site of a roundabout at the intersection of Mulberry Street and Ford Road but was unrelated.
Police identified the driver as Carey Money, 42, of Indianapolis. He is suffering back pain but appears to be in good condition, police said. Drugs and alcohol were not believed to have been a factor.
