The sidewalk off the Zionsville Town Hall parking lot with access to the Big-4 Rail Trail will temporarily be closed starting July 5 as construction crews begin work on the parking lot. Big-4 Rail Trail users are asked to use other means to access the Trail.
The sidewalk is expected to reopen on Aug. 1, however additional closures are planned at the end of August for work on the new Town Hall plaza.
