Edward Allen Lind, 55, Noblesville, died Nov. 14 at home. He was born Dec. 30, 1960 to Edward and Phyllis (Bennett) Lind in Anderson/New Castle.
Allen was a beloved husband and father and is survived by his parents, his wifeSusan Lind, daughter Emilee (Brad) Beer and grandchildren Eli and Bennett, sons Bobby (Lacey) Lind and Steven (Samantha) Lind, siblings Scott (Terri McCormack) Lind and Debbie Harpst, brother-in-law Mark (Helen) Miller and three nieces, Hannah Harpst and Liza and Katie Miller.
Allen proudly supported his children’s involvement in many Noblesville athletics and extra-curricular activities including lacrosse, swimming and the Noblesville High School Singers. He was an active Boy Scout Leader with Pack 116 Troop 101 and was former president of the White River Cleanup. Allen was a financial planner and attended Grace Church in Noblesville and Ball State University, where he was a member of the Ball State University Singers and Sigma Chi Fraternity. He was a wonderful craftsman and grill master and an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
