Hawthorne Street will be closed to through-traffic at Fourth Street on Nov. 21 and Nov. 22 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to allow the contractor for Citizens Water to lower a water main. This is needed for the town to proceed with Phase I of the Fourth Street Storm Sewer Improvements Project. There are not any expected interruptions to water service. Traffic on Fourth Street will not have access to Hawthorne Street at the closure. Emergency vehicle access through the project site will be maintained.
