Margaret A. Russell, 80, Noblesville, died Oct. 21 in Greenwood after a long illness. She was a registered nurse, a graduate of St.Vincent Hospital School of Nursing in Indianapolis and the College of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill. She spent most of her long career at Community Hospital, first at Community Hospital East and later at Community North. After retiring from there, she worked as a nurse in Noblesville schools.
Margaret was born Feb. 18, 1936 in Kansas and is survived by her daughters, Nancy Russell of Noblesville and Laura Russell of Los Angeles. Also surviving are siblings Charles (Diane), Robert, Joseph, Daniel (Kim), Mary (David) Allen and eleven nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles F. and Francis R. Robinson, son Brent and sister Rita.
After being the nurse caregiver for decades, Margaret was grateful for all the medical care she received from legions of people.
