Roto-Rooter’s new Indianapolis branch building in Fishers is the company’s largest facility of its more than 600 locations throughout the world.

The new 38,000-square-foot, $7.1 million service facility, at 12034 Exit 5 Parkway in Fishers, celebrated its grand opening last month with a ribbon cutting attended by Mayor Scott Fadness.

The building serves as a hub to provide plumbing and water cleanup services to 12 Central Indiana counties and includes offices, a parts supply center, a state-of-the-art plumbing school, meeting and teaching space for more than 150 people, eight drive-thru equipment bays and an industrial sized car wash.

Outside, and visible from I-69, the property features a giant American flag measuring 38 feet by 20 feet on an 80-foot flagpole.
