Local real estate professional Jeffrey Cummings has joined RE/MAX INTEGRA to open a new real estate brokerage in East Fishers to serve the Fishers and Geist area.

As broker-owner of the new RE/MAX Complete, Cummings and his team can serve clients throughout Central Indiana with a focus on Hamilton Co., Marion Co., Hancock Co. and Madison Co.

Cummings anticipates opening a permanent office in the coming months and hiring five to 10 new agents within the first year.

“I want our office to be the most complete real estate company in the area, offering every line of service available to our clients, whether it’s residential, retail, commercial, land sales, short sales, foreclosures or property management,” he stated.

Cummings joins RE/MAX having owned and operated an independent brokerage firm since 2010. He earned his real estate license in 2007 and initially worked with his father, David Cummings, to “flip” homes, handling everything from buying properties, refurbishing and repairing and managing the sales process. He credits his experience flipping homes as invaluable to his current real estate business.

“With my real estate business, I don’t have as much time for that kind of work now, but I’m still swinging a hammer now and then,” Cummings stated.
