Zionsville Indoor Percussion from Zionsville Community High School won the Indiana Percussion Association Scholastic Class A competition for the second year in a row April 2 in Terre Haute. The group had been beaten by Greenfield Central in sectionals, but it reclaimed the IPA Drum by winning the state competition by .463 points, leaving Greenfield Central to finish in second place. Zionsville Indoor Percussion will continue its season at the World Guard International event April 13 and 14 in Dayton, Ohio.
