Carmel police are asking for the public’s help in locating William Garten, 40, who was last seen on Summer Lakes Drive in Carmel on March 13. He is 6 feet tall, weighs about 154 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He left a note stating he was traveling to Niagara Falls, N.Y.
