Picky sandwich lovers rejoice. A new Which Wich location is opening Jan. 18 near Hamilton Town Center at 13910 Olivia Way in Deer Creek Shoppes in Fishers.

Owners Bhavin and Alpa Naik chose Fishers for their new sandwich concept restaurant because of the area’s growing popularity.

“We were looking in the Noblesville area, but this space was open near Hamilton Town Center. We chose it because this is a growing exit,” Bhavin Naik said. “There are a lot of new restaurants and Cabela’s. Fishers is a growing community. That’s what drove us here rather than on the other side of the bridge. It’s a great exit for business.”

Which Wich is a totally customizable casual sandwich restaurant where guests can get exactly what they want.

“Which Wich has the brown bag concept,” Naik said. “When you come in you will see different brown bags, and they’re all labeled according to their meat. Say you pick up a turkey bag. It will tell you on the bag all the different types of turkey sandwiches. You just take a red Which Wich sharpie and mark off which one you want. Then you mark off what cheeses, vegetables and dressings you want. You hand it off to the cashier and the prep line prepares that sandwich based on what you selected.”

The Naiks also liked Which Wich’s initiative of giving back to the community.

“We have this project going on called Project PB&J,” Naik said. “When someone buys a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at the store, Which Wich donates one globally and one locally. That’s contributing back to the community. Yes, everyone runs a business and wants to make a profit, but we want to help the community as well.”

Hungry eaters can order online for in-store pickup and delivery is available within a one-mile radius with a minimum $15 order. For more, visit whichwich.com.
