‘Where’s Amy?’ visits with WTHR crew for cookbook signing

“Where’s Amy?”… I could not wait to get my autographed Indiana Fresh 2015 Sunrise Cookbook from my friends at WTHR. The Fishers 116th Street Marsh drew a large crowd to meet and greet WTHR local personalities for the signing that benefitted the United Christmas Service. WTHR Local Personalities Chuck Lofton, Julia Moffitt, Mimi Pearce, Nicole Misencik and Mary Snell were on-hand to chat with loyal fans and talk about their favorite recipes. This year, it features more than 55 new recipes that focus on the freshest natural ingredients found all across our beautiful state. The cookbook also shines light on culinary artisans from new, notable and time-honored restaurants. I loved getting the low down on secret recipes and tips from some of my favorite restaurants including Cafe Patachou in Carmel, The Loft in Zionsville and Courtney’s Kitchen in Noblesville. Each year, I give the cookbook to friends and family because it’s not only practical but a fun gift where the proceeds will make a difference. United Christmas Service helps provide food, clothing and other necessities to our fellow Hoosiers this holiday season. Be sure to grab your copy and hats off to all who took part in this wonderful book. (Photos by Amy Pauszek)
