The City of Noblesville opened the Hague and Carrigan Roads roundabout Nov. 16. The previous three-way stop was closed by the city Oct. 21 to convert the intersection into the roundabout. Final surface and pavement markings will not be completed until the spring of 2016 due to weather. The overall project will cost $1.1 million, but because of funding received from the Indiana Dept. of Transportation, the City of Noblesville’s portion is $150,000.
