The Hamilton County Surveyor’s Office was recently awarded the 2015 Outstanding Floodplain Project Award by the Indiana Association for Floodplain and Stormwater Management, also known as INAFSM. The project that received the award was the Sand Creek and Cumberland Road Flood Mitigation Project, completed in the Fishers area. The presentation took place during the INAFSM annual conference at Pokagon State Park.
