Update: Olivera is facing three charges. Olivera has denied all allegations of molestation.

John Olivera, 36, of Zionsville, is facing charges of allegedly molesting a 12-year-old girl twice between May 2014 and March 2015, according to media reports.

Court records state the girl, who reported the incidents to her mother, is related to Olivera’s wife.

The two alleged incidents of molestation took place when the 12-year-old had sleepovers at Olivera’s Zionsville home.

Olivera is a music teacher at Michele’s Studio in Fishers.

No statements from Olivera have been released. He is being represented by Indianapolis attorney Dorie Maryan.
