Gregg Bernhold, 52, Carmel, died June 4. He was born July 18, 1962, in St. Mary’s, Ohio, the son of Roland and Patricia (Shenk) Bernhold.
Gregg was a 1980 graduate of Minster High School. He later received his Bachelor’s of Science from Miami University.
He was a member of Carmel Lutheran Church, where he participated in the church choir. He was also an active participant of Alcoholics Anonymous. Gregg was an animal lover of his cats and dogs, and he was a sports enthusiast especially while watching his sons compete. He enjoyed playing golf and piano, working in the yard and was a cigar aficionado.
He is survived by his father, Roland (Mary) Bernhold; mother of his children, Linda (Woodard) Bernhold; two sons, Parker and Spencer Bernhold; siblings, Mark (Sue) Bernhold, Bruce (Audra) Bernhold, Pam (Mike) Fischer; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his mother.
