CVS robbery results in three arrests

Three have been arrested following a June 8 afternoon robbery at CVS Pharmacy in Noblesville.

Around 1:58 p.m., Noblesville police officers responded to the robbery at 14835 Sunny Dell Lane, the intersection of 146th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway.

Initial information from the caller alleges that a person came into the store and presented a note to employees in the pharmacy. Employees provided the suspect with items from the pharmacy, and the suspect then reportedly fled the scene.

Witnesses stated that they observed the suspect flee on foot towards Kroger located just east of CVS. Witnesses then provided a vehicle description, license plate number and direction of travel, saying vehicle traveled south on Hazel Dell Road then west on 146th Street.

Around 2:09 p.m., officers from the Carmel Police Department located a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle in the area of Keystone Parkway and Carmel Drive in Carmel. Four occupants were located in the vehicle and all were questioned by NPD investigators.

Kenneth L. Scott, Jr., 31, Indianapolis, Kala Williams, 26, Indianapolis and Daniel L. Holland, 24, Indianapolis were all arrested in connection to the crime. Scott and Williams were charged with Robbery and Possession of a Controlled  Substance. Holland was charged with Robbery.

The trio was booked into the Hamilton County Jail.
