On Feb. 26, the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel hosted a performance by the National Symphony Orchestra of Mexico.
Prior to the evening concert a reception was held and included Mexican foods as well as speakers. A few of the prominent speakers included Susana Duarte de Suarez and Consul of Mexico Jorge Sanchez Castaño.
