Andy MillerWEBMeet Andy Miller, Zionsville Resident.

How long have you lived in Zionsville?

“I’ve lived around here for 25 years.”

What do you like most about living there?

“I love the feel of downtown Main Street and its quietness. I also like how some pockets of Zionsville make you feel like you’re out in the country. To me it’s a blessing to live in a place where you feel like you’re out in nature, but you’re still 10 to 15 minutes from a grocery store.”

What is a movie you really enjoy?

“I like ‘Chariots of Fire.’ That’s one of my favorites.”

Do you have a favorite book?

“The Bible, because it is one of the most powerful ways God communicates with us. When I read it, I receive guidance and instruction for my life. It’s like holding up a mirror that allows me to see the areas where I please God, and the areas where I fall short.”

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

“My answer would be the Appalachian trail. It’s a place that I really enjoy, and it’s really only a 6 or 7 hour drive away. I’ve hiked hundreds of miles on the trail with my boys, with my brother and by myself.  I love being out in the midst of nature, and the solitude and quiet that I find in the mountains and the beauty that’s all around.”
