Builder Partnerships recognized 14 builders at its 10th Annual Networking Reception on Jan. 19 in Las Vegas. One builder, Noblesville’s Bedrock Builders was honored with awards in each program: Builder Partnerships Achievement Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction and Builder of Choice.
The customer satisfaction award was created to provide customer-centric home builders with third-party customer satisfaction validation from a credible source. To assure a high integrity process, Builder Partnerships put together a team of industry experts to review customer satisfaction surveys, analyze the customer experience and process documentation, and then benchmark the applicants’ performance against standard criteria to validate them for a BPAA achievement award.
“In these days of increasing demand, builders must be focused on customer satisfaction, and the best builders are,” stated Builder Partnerships CEO Monica Wheaton. “The Builder Partnerships Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction recognizes those companies that have high standards, quality company culture, and processes in place to deliver what is most important to homebuyers-quality construction and a great buying experience.”
The Builder of Choice award recognizes the builder for their excellence in managing their trade and supplier relationships. Builder Partnerships has partnerships with more than 75 manufacturer and service providers and represent more than 550 leading regional builders projecting to close more than 75,000 homes this year.
