On Jan. 6, Leslie Frobig of Stonegate Elementary was honored by Current for being the December Teacher of the Month. Frobig and her students celebrated with a pizza party, courtesy of Amore Pizzeria, and Frobig received a cash voucher from BMO Harris Bank.
Frobig was nominated by her students Brady and Ava Peterson.

Mrs. Frobig has been our teacher for both first and second grade. Our whole class loved her so much we all chose to move with her to second grade! Mrs. Frobig is great because she can make boring stuff really fun to learn. She likes to turn everything into a game!
Mrs. Frobig is a huge sports fan. She fills our gym time with all kinds of sports and wears her Reggie Wayne jersey every Friday during the Colt’s season. She even ran our whole jog-a-thon fundraiser to help our class win a Popsicle party last year.
