Carmel High School Lacrosse players, Alex Heger (right) and Joe Shelly (left) signed their National Letters of Intent to play college lacrosse. Alex will join the Division 1 Colonials at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA and Joe will join the Division 2 Lions at Lindenwood University just outside St. Louis, Mo. Alex and Joe were members of the 2014 Carmel State Championship team.
In his junior season, Joe was named 1st team in the Midwest Scholastic League as a Face Off Midfielder and named to the Midwest Brine National Team and True Lacrosse National Team.
Goalie, Alex Heger was awarded, High School All-American, Indiana Player of the Year, Midwest Scholastic League 1st Team, and 1st team All-State in his junior season.
