Charles William Vossler, 82, died Oct. 18, 2014, from complications related to Alzheimer’s at Riverwalk Village Nursing home in Noblesville. He was a brilliant physicist, firefighter and world traveler. He will now rest at the side of his wife, Sara Mahler Vossler.
Survivors include daughter, Nicole McDonald; stepdaughters, Gabrielle Mahler (Rico) Griffiths, Gwen (Omar) Shabka and Claudia Olsen; grandchildren, Andrew and Caitlyn Devine; and step-grandchildren, Massimo Griffiths, Zak Shabka and Billy and Jessica Olsen.
