Boone County hosting its second annual Polo at Sunset event

The British game of Polo may be making its way to the Midwest.

If you enjoy polo or have always been curious about the game, the International Center will be hosting its second annual Polo at Sunset event on July 25.

This event hopes to provide people with a unique cultural experience that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

This event will include international games, a silent auction, tailgating, and the polo match.

People are encouraged to bring snacks, beverages, blankets, and other tailgating supplies. However, grills will not be permitted.

This center is an organization that works to make global and local connections and hope that this event will help both groups to connect.

This event will be held at the Hickory Hall Polo Club located at 7551 E. County Road 100 N in Whitestown.

Cost of admission is $20 per car or $10 individually. Gates open at 5 p.m. The match will be from 6 to 8 p.m.
