Stop by the community forum to share thoughts and ideas that shape future plans

The Town of Fishers is uniting with community partners to improve pedestrian and bike needs here in our community. The Pedestrian & Bicycle Master Plan builds on recent momentum to better connect our community and establishes a strategic framework for expanding opportunities for walking and cycling throughout Fishers. In an effort to create a comprehensive, community-wide plan the Town of Fishers is asking residents and businesses to provide input during the development phase of the Pedestrian & Bicycle Master Plan. The first community forum for the Pedestrian & Bicycle Master Plan will be held on Thursday, March 27 at Launch Fishers from 6-8 p.m. and residents are encouraged to attend.

The Pedestrian & Bicycle Master Plan seeks a balanced approach and provides organizational framework to guide the Town of Fishers’ Community Development, Engineering and Department of Public Works to continue supporting walking and cycling. A follow-up community forum will be held in May, and will offer residents and community stakeholders a review of the draft master plan. Don’t miss this opportunity to provide your thoughts and get engaged in improving the Fishers’ community.
