The intersection of 103rd Street, Illinois Street and Spring Mill Road will be closed for three days beginning March 31.
The closure is necessary for the installation of new storm sewers said the City of Carmel in a news release.
Advanced warning signs were put up March 17, and detour routes will also be posted in advance, the release said.
