U.S. Sen. Joe Donnelly presented the Bronze Star Medal to veteran Michael Hodgson during a special ceremony with his family in Indianapolis.
Hodgson, a Carmel resident, contacted Donnelly’s office for assistance in getting his missing Bronze Star Medal that he earned while serving in the Vietnam War.
