Hobilee Griffith, 73, of Noblesville died Jan. 13, 2014 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. Born July 10, 1940 in Harlan, Ky., he was the son of Bethel and Lydia (Harris) Griffey.
He retired from Noblesville Casting where he had worked for 24 years. He attended Pilgrim Holiness Church in Noblesville and was an avid fisherman and hunter who never met a stranger. He adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Beverly Griffith; daughters, Debbie (Jeff Bryant) Moss, Barbara Griffith, Angi (Doug Short) Davis and Janet (Greg) Estepp; son, Michael (Jill Kister) Goins; brother, Charles Griffettes; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Evelyn Baker.
Visitation is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 17 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Jan. 17 at funeral home with the Rev. John Forsee officiating. Burial will follow at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
