There will be a lane closure in the right lane of northbound Illinois Street south of Carmel Drive. The closure will be in front of the St. Francis Health Building.
The purpose of the closure is for the relocation of a water main in connection with the U.S. 31 project.
The lane closure will begin Jan. 20 at 9 a.m. and will be completed in 3 days, weather permitting.
