A knife-wielding man robbed the Home Place Circle K in the early morning hours of Nov. 25, and police are requesting the public’s help in apprehending him.

At approximately 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 25 a man entered the store at 10598 N. College Ave. and robbed the clerk, police said in a news release.

The man displayed a large butcher knife and demanded the clerk get down on the floor. The suspect then emptied the cash drawer and fled on foot with an unknown amount of money from the store. Hamilton County deputies and K-9s searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect, police said.
The suspect was described as a 6-foot-tall white man wearing a ski mask, gloves and a green- or dark-colored jacket, the release said.

A photo from the store camera shows the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 776-4104.
The same Circle K was last robbed in late October. The suspect in that case was apprehended by Hamilton County deputies less than 12 hours after the incident, police said.
