You’ve read the books and collected your prizes, now it’s time to celebrate with food, fun and magic. Hamilton East Public Library’s Noblesville branch will host its Summer Reading Wrap-Up Celebration from noon to 3 p.m. on July 27. The celebration begins downstairs in the Youth Services Area at noon with games, stories, crafts and more. Magician C.R.
