Riverview Hospital will host a joint replacement seminar from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Dr. Jeffrey Ginther, a board certified and fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon, will discuss the latest techniques and procedures for hip and knee replacement, including the anterior hip replacement. He will also explain procedure and treatment options, and talk about who is a good candidate for surgery.

The joint replacement seminar will take place at Riverview Hospital in the Krieg DeVault Conference Room, located in the lower level of the Women’s Pavilion. A light dinner will be served. The program is free, but registration is required. Register at www.riverview.org or call 776-7999.
