They started as “Nails by Nadine” but later expanded their services to become NjS Studio and this week will celebrate 19 years in Zionsville. Through the years, their business has grown to become a full service spa and Aveda salon with 12 team members, moving to their current location at 70 East Pine St. in 1998. Despite it’s expansion, NjS remains a family affair as it started.
“My parents and husband have always been supportive and involved in the daily operations of the business,” owner Nadine Anderson said, “My parents, George and Jene, are my landlords, which I am very grateful. Jene is the business manager and George is the jack of all trades and keeps the garden and building in great shape and sidewalks clear in the winter!”
From manicures, waxing, massages to hair cut and color, pampering is available year-round with a special anniversary spring fling this week from Tuesday through Friday with specials and door prizes.
“Spring fling is a week-long event to celebrate our 19th anniversary for clients and the NjS team to thank them for the support,” Anderson said, “We are a locally owned family business, and we are so proud to serve our hometown and give back to our wonderful community through local causes and charities and help clients feel and look their best. Thank you to our loyal clients and NjS team that have made NjS a success!”
