On Jan. 21, Noblesville Toastmasters held its International Speech Contest. After the ballots were counted, President Chet Kopinski awarded first place to Gary Zent and second place to Eddie Vesely. Zent will be representing Noblesville Toastmasters at Area 84 International and Evaluation Speech Contests on March 2. This contest will be held at Hamilton East Public Library Noblesville branch, 1 Library Plaza, at 10 a.m. and is open to the public.
